Quien me iba a decir hace unos seis meses cuando empecé a dar ese pequeño énfasis y prioridad al trabajo con movimientos básicos de empuje vertical que sacaría adelante cargas de princesa y las llevaría cuanto menos a cargas de bicho palo con intención de ponerse fuerte, empezamos en 2 platos y 1/2 x 8, fuimos subiendo y afianzando cargas hasta llegar a los 4 platos, nos hemos tirado anclados ahí muchas semanas pasando de 4 repeticiones a 7-8, hoh con dicha carga buscando 8 sólidas salieron 9.. así que era el día para intentarlo, meter un peso con el que nunca habíamos jugado y ver que salía de ello.. salieron 5, así que contento, feliz y pensando en el marrón que me ha caído encima, por que la semana que viene 5.. serán pocas, 5 será fallar.. así que iremos por 6.. ¡O MÁS!. Tercer video, toda la máquina + 1 plato extra, salieron 7 la pasada semana, salieron 10 esta mañana.. parece que los 400 mg de cafeína en ayunas, las dos tazas de café y el 1/2 litro de monster.. ¡PEGA DURO!. A seguir currando que mañana tenemos que empezar a enviar información y planes, ¡QUE EL RITMO NO PARE!. 🔰WORK TO BE FIT. 🏵ENTRENAMIENTO PERSONAL.

I really don’t like cardio, but I’ve been forcing myself into it while gearing up for this year’s summer shred.
Something I’ve noticed: Getting there is the hardest part. After I’ve started, (usually around 6:30pm, after a long workday and a brutal workout done earlier,) it becomes fun! Like... really. Guys, I’m not lying.

Point is, if you want to see change, just get to the gym. Nobody else will care that you put in the work, but that doesn’t matter. It’s discipline, and that hard work will pay off. Keep at it, guys!

En tant que débutant en musculation, pour bien se developper, les muscles ont besoin d’être sollicités plus de fois qu’un pratiquant intermédiaire.

Donc dans un premier temps, enlevez l’idée que faire un groupe musculaire par jour est intéressant pour prendre du muscle (en tant que débutant), et ne vous fiez pas aux entraînements des pratiquants les plus avancés.

En théorie, la phase anabolique (le temps ou le corps reconstitue le muscle travaillé) dure environ 3 jours. Au bout de ces 3 jours, le corps rentre en phase catabolique (pas de reconstruction musculaire) au niveau du muscle.

Si on suit la science, il faudrait donc recruter chaque muscle tout les 3 jours pour un développement musculaire optimal. Plusieurs formats s’offrent à nous, soit le PPL (Push-Pull-Legs) que beaucoup connaissent aujourd’hui mais qui reste une technique d’entraînement un peu plus avancée.
Ou sinon la half body, c’est à dire, séparer le haut du corps et le bas du corps, ce qui viendrait à répéter une séance haut du corps et une séance bas du corps plusieurs fois dans la semaine.

Lundi : Push
Mardi : Pull
Mercredi : Legs
Jeudi : Push
Vendredi : Pull
Samedi : Legs
Dimanche : Repos - Format half body : 
Lundi : Haut du corps
