Copenhagen has been on my bucket list for years. Travelling by myself is out of my comfort zone, but I think it could be quite an awesome experience. Long day today, so huge bowl of fruit to start the day right!
Watermelon, honeydew melow, passionfruit (speed), Alpro Plain Unsweetened yoghurt, mango, kiwi (free), 5g flaked almonds (using as part HexA)
20g Oats (half HExB), one egg, 2 tbsp sweetener, one heaped tbsp fat free Greek yogurt. Topped with bananas, one tsp maple syrup (1), crumbled salted caramel hi fi bar (other half HExB) and whipped cream (2)
Well this is an early breakfast for me isn’t it!
40g Honey Cheerios (HEXB) with part HEXA milk and my vitamin B complex, multivitamin and omega 3
This is all because I will be going to the gym when I finish eating and straight to work from there for the first time so I will have to see if that’s a manageable thing to do OR if I’m better off sticking to late nights 🤔
Have to say I would have been more than happy sleeping another 7 hours 😂
