brown pitta, hexB with turkey, free! then apple and oranges for speed. a yoghurt for half a syn. these are my current favourites!!😍30g cheddar cheese for my hexA and then a hi fi bar for 3 syns🤪

Finally gotten around to sampling the Promise gluten free seeded rolls. Simply done with ham, cheese, salad and a tbsp of Branston pickle they were awesome - and so filling! Syn free (apart from the pickle, obvs) 👍
Scran at work! Thanks to @loudoessw for the inspiration from your account. @tescofood vegetable chilli can 2 syns and Tesco goldern vegetble rice pouch 1.5 syns.. added a steam bag of cauliflower rice and spinach to boost up on speed food. Spot on for a total 3.5syns.
This was all I could manage today for brunch. Feeling very poorly. Completely floored by a chest infection with class phlegm 😥 Nose and eyes streaming, and voice sounds like a love-sick bullfrog!!! No idea what's for supper... may be a jacket potato, but hubby's not keen. EATING OUT!!! One thing that’s changed drastically is how many times we eat out- it’s sooo hard as a vegetarian on slimming world 😭 Our Gym had omelet on the menu- spinach, red pepper and red onion... I’m sure there are syns for oil and a few for the avocado in the side salad 🙈 However it was a lovely summer evening of not cooking spent beside the tennis court 💗✌️ Worth it 👌 x
