Syn free chicken biryani (no fried onions, no oil and fat free yoghurt instead of full fat) , coriander chutney and a speedy salad. 😋
Marinate chicken with:
Ginger, garlic, green chilli, salt, paprika, cumin powder, lemon juice, a little turmeric powder, a good bit of coarse coriander powder, farms masala powder, chilli flakes, cumin, cinnamon sticks, whole cardamom, quite a bit of fat free yoghurt, tomato, chopped coriander and bullet chillies.
Boil masoor lentils. Boil potatoes and bake/ air fry. Boil and peel egg.
Par boil rice with whole cumin, star anise, cardamom, whole black pepper, cloves, and salt.
Soak saffron in boiled water.
Layer chicken in the pot. Cook for a little while.
Then layer potatoes, eggs, lentils, rice and sprinkle saffron water over rice.
Cover and steam well until waters burned.
