M O N D 😅 Y - absolutely wiped! Back to back gym classes after work - body combat which was intense 🔥
It’s a martial arts/HIIT/cardio/reps combo style class & then a more gentle Zumba class straight after, forgot to press stop on my Fitbit.. but think I burnt around 1100 calories?! 🤯😅 Say whaaaaaat 🙈 feel amazing.. but shattered!
Syn free left over bolognaise for lunch with courgetti (+ added a sprinkle of low fat cheese,
Part Hex A) + strawbs for pud. Crabsticks with veggies for dinner as I wasn’t hungry after the workout, but wanted to eat something + an apple & bananito (4.5). Hope you all had a good Monday✨
