These pics are 28 days apart... after dieting hard as hell for 8 months to make myself look good for my wife in Mexico I needed to switch gears a bit.. I got decently lean considering where I started..nowhere near happy with it but it’s whatever.. last month after this pic I felt small and weak from all the extreme dieting, fasting, and no days off.. I started making sure my protein was at least 250 grams a day.. carbs stayed 30 and under.. fats were around 100 grams... not super strict with anything but protein and carbs.. and one cheat meal a week... I needed to recover.. had a ton of injuries and just worn the hell out.. decided to take a month and try and put on some thickness and just heal up a bit before I hit the diet hard for summer.. so here is the result... at my lowest I was 184 last month.. today I’m 205.. after this weekend its back to the grind til after summer.. with some cheat meals here and there as usual.. going to keep the protein around 220.. carbs 30 and under.. fats around 60 to 70.. and adjust as needed.. hoping to stay thicker this time around and take more time to get even leaner than last time.. considering I’m 43 tomorrow, no better time than now to get in the best shape of my life.. #keto#ketotransformation#ketoweightloss#ketoweightlifting#ketobodybuilding#lowcarb#fitover40#gains#heathen#sonofodin
