What to do after a week of over eating?🤔 asking for a friend🤣
Ever go through a week of eating pure and utter shit 🍟🍔🥞🥐with little to no exercise 😴and not knowing how to get back to your health and fitness routine? Feeling like crap but the thought of gym and good food seems like a distant memory?💭
It sounds like it should be easy but then you find it hard to break into it again? Its more common than you think!
Ill let you in on a secret: 💬
The trick is to just start, start small and start today. 🚦
Here are a few do's and dont that may help you get back into it
•Start today and start small
•Eat good unprocessed foods on maintenance calories 🥦🥕🍳
•Drink water. 🐳Your body needs to be hydrated to help it function efficiently, especially if you have had 🍷🍻
•Move your body: 🏃♂️🚶♀️walk, run, light resistance session. What ever you enjoy to ease your body back into exercise. .
•Feel guilty for having a week off. (Life is for enjoying, balance is key)
•Wait: dont wait for a new week, dont wait for Monday, dont wait for motivation, doing wait for what ever the hell. . . Waiting will only delay in inevitable. Start today.
•Starve yourself:🤐🤐 under eating will not speed up results, undereating will only lead to another binge, go back on maintenance calories with good food and go from there.
• Kill yourself with exercise. Ease your body back into it. Pick something you enjoy and next week you can go back to normal training. .
Health and fitness has no time limit⏰, it has no finish line. It may take a week, it may take a month, it might even take a year to get to where you want to be, it doesn't matter no one is waiting at that finish line that you are creating for yourself.
Enjoy the journey and the process of becoming fitter, stronger, healthier version of yourself
