The more the kettlebells bounce the more feedback you get from the weight.

I had done these before with my last coach but never knew how to set them up! Its actually really easy 😉 of course!

Why? Because instead of making real efforts to speak about ideas or in a constructive manner, You lose your time speaking about another human being and most of the times in their backs.

So many times we are put we people that can help us with advices or new ideas and we take the easy route by judging another person! Automatically that speech your putting out is energy that will come back to you, change your voice tone to an eery one and your habits.

Our time is precious so don't give in to gossiping, don't accept others doing it, change the subject immediately to something more constructive. There is a universe of ideas and plans you could come up with if you used your time with other brains effectively. Don't ever forget that.

Fora isso, ainda podemos usar sistemas modernos de treino, cadências e amplitudes variadas, tudo isso gerando excelentes resultados sem expor nosso cliente a riscos totalmente desnecessários.

Portanto, antes de pensar em pilotar um foguete, aprenda a andar de bicicleta.

Squat game strong 💪🏿 looking for an orange tree 🍊🌳

So for some reason the super long caption I wrote the first time isn’t showing up and that’s annoying but anyway....the basic gist of what I said was... 1.) My @fitbit was acting up and I had to record/track two separate “workouts”
2.) I burned 452 calories so I’m glad for that! Still striving to get to 600-700 calories per session.
3.) I’m proud of myself for getting my three days in already for the week and now I want to push to get another day or two in.
4.) I forgot to take my picture in the gym so here’s on in my room lol
5.) I’m glad I’m still pushing even during days where I just feel like quitting or when I feel like no changes are really taking place in my body. I remind myself there’s a greater purpose. It’s more than just looking good. I want to feel good and I want to live a long and healthy life.
