Havent put weight on my back for over a month. Went up to 495 and hit 5s and a set of 8 for my final set. Moved quick, but i definitely felt out of condition. Super happy with how it went today.

Not feeling squats in your butt? Try this move!! This is a great squat for firing up the outer hips and putting the ‘burn’ where it should be - in your butt!

Breath: inhale as you squat down, exhale as you come up.

Do: 10-15 reps on each side.

Advance: move to one-legged squats off the wall.

My quads are naturally very large, but my hamstrings and glutes are not. I have achieved growth in both muscle groups with heavy lifting and a caloric surplus. Deadlifts are one of my all time FAVORITE lifts as they utilize the majority of the muscles in the body and are great for specifically targeting the hamstrings and glutes, much more so than squats in my opinion. If you’re like me and are looking to grow your backside without extensive growth of your quads, give these a go on your next leg day! 💥💥💥

And my back is weak AF. Rows felt heavier than they should have at that weight. But hey other than that it was a good session.

Tbh I was a little annoyed at the gym today because everything I wanted to use was taken...so I improvised and make the best of my workout with EZ bars and dumbbells. I was short on time so I rushed this workout, wasn’t the best but something is better than nothing.
