Happiness is like an algorithm. Now you find yourself asking " what does that mean?" Example 1) If we obtain X then we will be happy. 
Example 2) If we have obtained X and Y we will be satisfied. 
The harsh reality is that we are always striving for posessions, a physique, a particular person, and even a position within our careers. Now, don't get me wrong it's important to create goals and accomplish them, but it's imperative to be content with who you are, where you are, and what you have accomplished in life.

Right after this I went for 180kg and missed. I was instantly filthy. Why? Cos I should be able to move it.

Driving home I realised - Dickhead, youโ€™ve had a month off (hamstring strain). You should be happy with that, all things considered. Probs also shouldnโ€™t have been thinking about maxing first day back, but hey, if you know me thatโ€™s nothing new lol.

Already @extinctionrebellion has won because the narrative was never built on those old terms of โ€˜winningโ€™ and/or โ€˜losingโ€™. If something beautiful happens that makes the climate and ecological emergency something tangible - urgent in the heart of another human, and something we can do many things together to evolve through, then we have done (and are part of Doing) something so special - creating spaces where we can open ourselves up to the vulnerability (and beautiful tender strength) of our shared humanity - the pain of what we are losing and the courage to fight back.

As I get older, learning more and more that I have choice to inspire people to change and push forward or to do things to just get that one or two Instagram likes. At one time that was the goal to get all the likes I could, but with GROWTH, you find out what your purpose is. Not trying to lift tons of weight, or do things that are near impossible for the average person. No need to brag about what you can do, as long as you know what you are capable of. Iโ€™m just living a lifestyle of improvement. Iโ€™m here to show that MOVEMENT is key to longevity.

After squats killed it with deadlifts. โ˜บ Was gassed every set but managed to still have a decent session. ๐Ÿ’ช Got 2 sets of 10 135, set of 5 185, set of 5 225, set of 5 275, set of 10 295 PR, set of 1 315, set of 5 275, 4 sets of 8 225, and a set of 10 225. ๐Ÿ˜ Getting better and better with them. Gaining confidence with this lift. 315 felt like butter but still just pacing myself. ๐Ÿ™ Happy with this session because I felt like crap every set lol ๐Ÿ˜…
