First real overhead presses in a looong while. Shoulder felt great. Did a buncha 150s so decided to move for reps toward 200. Averaging 4-5 reps. 191 felt okay but was nervous to commit to a hard press...ptsd of that time my shoulder slipped. But my confidence is getting there 😊

“SHRUGS” (Close grip-Max Rack/Smith machine) - Excellent exercise for developing the Trapezius muscles (won’t break it down into detail)
But make sure you incorporate this into either shoulders or back day to add some thickness and create an all round physique!👌.
