I myself, am going to embark on a #90daychallenge to see how much a routine can change my life.
I will set in place #morning routines, to wake up early and get active right away. Then do some writing.
A #nighttime routine to wind down and get good sleep.
And weekly targets to do some manual labor, donmeal prep, play some guitar, and set limits on screen time and such.
