I CAN FINALLY SEE AGAIN! 
Do not get me wrong, I was not a blind my whole life, just had a blurry and out of focus vision. Almost a week ago I let @ksasilmakeskus doctors to do all the magic with laser. Can’t even describe the feeling of seeing myself in a mirror without glasses. It is like looking into another version of me, better, stronger and more confident  version of myself. The way of looking others have also changed. Finally, I can see that I have been always surrounded with good quality of people, fantastic friends, supporting family, lovely wife @k3thlin and super awesome dog @wuffythesamoyed. Today we celebrate, thank you all guys!

Real talk tho. I’ve drastically increased my triceps weekly volume from what I have previously done with all my powerlifting training and I’ve seen significant results in terms of my muscular development.

Gonna see how far I can push it to see where my MRV is for triceps for the remainder of this mesocycle (a good indicator of being past triceps MRV is when your pressing strength starts to decline).

Today I hit a pull session with @ptpete who was my coach for my two competitions and will be for British finals in October🔥

When I used to train back I was absolutely obsessed with just smashing my lats and using isolation exercises to finish my sessions off. Today me and Pete did rack pulls which brought it upon me that maybe I should be implementing them in my training a bit more frequently🤔

Rack pulls are a compound exercise which don’t only target your lower back (erectors), but also your upper back muscles (trapezius, rhomboids, posterior deltoids, and all the smaller niggly ones), forearms as you obviously have to hold the bar and I guess you get a tiny bit of glute activation from them. 
Not only can rack pulls be used to increase your strength on other movements like the deadlift - but if used correctly they have amazing hypertrophic benefits👌🏼

If you don’t already, I would recommend trying rack pulls in your next pull/back session. I’m definitely going to start using them more and seeing what next level monstrosity it can give my back😉💪🏼

Do things right, or don’t do them all🙏🏼 This has been my mantra the past couple weeks as my diet progresses and becomes harder. How easy would it be to do things “ok” or “good enough”. The problem with that is if you ever want to become something greater, then your effort must match it. Practice does NOT make perfect. Practicing perfectly makes perfect.
