1 bottle & 1/4 bottle thickened cream
3 packets of milk coffee biscuits
1 can of caramel
1 pack of nestle milk chocolate melts
1 pack of granulated nuts
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Pour the thickened cream into a bowl, add in 2 tbsp of sugar & 1 tbsp of vanilla essence. Mix together until it forms soft peaks. Put aside. For the chocolate ganache, turn on stove on low heat, put in 1/4 cup of thickened cream & 1 pack of chocolate melts. Whisk until smooth chocolate consistency. Once completed let it cool.
In another bowl empty out the caramel from the tin , and whisk until smooth. Once all these have been completed it's time to assemble.
Dip each biscuit into a bowl warmed up in the microwave until warm.
First layer: biscuits (dipped in milk)
2nd layer: whipped cream
3rd layer: biscuits (dipped in milk)
4th layer: all the caramel
5th layer: biscuits (dipped in milk)
6th layer: whipped cream
7th layer: chocolate ganache only when cool
8th layer: all the granulated nuts
Pop it into a refrigerator for min 6 hours to overnight
