Today hasn't been an ideal day #slimmingworld wise 🙈.
I woke up feeling queasy 🤢 so just had a coffee & banana for breakfast 🍌☕.
We was then at soft play during lunchtime where I ended up having a slice of the little man's toast as I was feeling hungry but didn't fancy anything heavy as I still wasn't feeling 100% 🍞.
We then went to @pizzahut with some friends for dinner. I felt much better by this time & decided to have a Chicken Delight flatbread pizza (minus the mushrooms, onions or rocket as I'm a fussy so & so). 🐔🍕
Originally, I was going to have just the salad bar to stay completly on plan but I would have felt a bit silly sat there with just a little salad when everyone else was having the salad plus a meal. Also, by this point in the day I was Starving Marvin. I could have easily chosen a deep pan margarita which is my favourite pizza but instead I made a reasonably good choice based on the calories & it was really yummy. Its all about balance & as much as I want to get to my target asap, I also want to enjoy life & not feel deprived at any time. I'm happy with my decision & proud that I went with one of the better options on the menu. Things will resume to normal tomorrow morning 😊.
Decided on both my target and the reward. Because of my job I thought a scooter would be useful.
The 'acceptable' max weight recommended for this scooter is pretty much my goal weight. So when I get to it, I'm buying myself one!
Been abit quiet this weekend as it was little boys birthday bbq yesterday 🎈 🍰 🎂 🧁 🌟 although food was on plan yesterday I did have one to many gins 🤣🌟 today however has been a right off 😫 we did take the kids swimming this afternoon and I managed 10 lengths 🏊♀️ back on it heavily tomoro 🥰
Made myself a little snack before bed as still feeling abit delicate.
. Schar gluten free roll with garlic and cheese topped with crucials chilli sauce 🌶 . These millions straws are great for only one syn aswell , I drank a small carton of red milk with one 🤣🤣 . Love this water bottle aswell from home bargains and at 2.49 it really is a barggg 😋 will be posting absolutely everything I eat tomoro ! Actually partly made up as I only saw half of the ingredients on the list before I went shopping🙃 but still delicious and full of speed
I find it so hard to see a change in myself because I’ve still a few stone to lose, but only when I compare photos I can see a physical change 🙈
However mentally I could feel the change within myself within the first month.
It’s true, “if you eat good, you feel good”. @slimmingworld has truly changed my life!
If you are a person that is losing 1 to 2 pound a week and are feeling disappointed, don’t be disappointed, keep going!!
My average loss a week is 1-2lbs (bar a few occasions that I’ve dropped 5lbs and 10lbs).
In just over a year, I’ve lost 6 stone (5.3 stone with slimming world).
If I can do it, anyone can! ✨ . . . .
