The importance of SLEEP! 😴
Sleep is an extremely valuable factor of our everyday lives towards our productivity to achieve great results! ✔️ Since we spend roughly a third of our lives asleep, I think it is important that we understand this process more, especially with regard to recovery from physical exercise.
Some people need more sleep than others due to metabolic reasons. Even the same person at different stages of his life will need differing amounts of sleep which is also dependent on their activity level. 👟
If you think you build muscle while you are in the gym, you don’t. 🙅🏻♂️ You tear muscle fibers in the gym and repair/grow stronger muscle while you rest! 😁
