The winter may have seemed that it would never end. At times it was a cold, dark, long and weary time. At least for me it was. That’s the kind of season it’s been for me, to be honest, but with the coming of spring is new life, new beginnings and new opportunities of growth to embrace. And after all, #growth is my word for the year. I just didn’t realize it was going to look the way it did. I didn’t know it would also be a time of some dead things in my life to be buried so that this growth could happen. As I look ahead to these days of spring, I’m thankful for the lessons this winter has brought me. .
And while there may still be some snow on the ground and the branches may still appear dead, the sky in the horizon is blue and the sun is shining. There will be beauty from the ashes of this winter. Rest assured it can be true for you too.
Spring is here! Better, sunshiny, warm days are ahead. ☀️
