Often, part of being an entrepreneur means you do well, EVERYTHING 😑
For example, the past few weeks I’ve had to step away from brand collabs to take over social media for this account, my business account and @missfurbelle’s IG as well as Twitter and Pinterest to developer software to run all of them. NOT planned but 100% unavoidable since 75% of my business comes from social!
If you’re an entrepreneur in your early stages of launching a business it can be SO easy to get caught up in well, EVERYTHING. Cause your business depends on YOU to run. On the flip side it can feel extremely overwhelming and you may be tempted to just give up.
DON’T GIVE UP.
I promise you that these days will get easier and you will someday be able to hire a team to help you! Now, on the other hand, of you can afford to hire freelancers to take over some of the small projects meanwhile, DO IT!
The last thing you want to do is spend your valuable time working on projects that you can pay someone else to complete for you.
Think of it this way: if you’re a blogger and you’re rate is $1k a blog post and it takes you 5 hours start to finish then your time is worth $200/hour. Meaning, don’t pay yourself $20/hour to manage your social media when you can pay someone else to do so! Got it?
I use @upwork and @creativemarket all the time to hire out tasks. Heck I’ve even paid freelancers to manage my emails!
At the end of the day, make decisions that will benefit your biz and your soul, cause a burned out entrepreneur can never be an effective leader.
And remember, soon you’ll be able to hire a team to help you! Keep going and stay positive 🙂 You got this!
