My PB‼️I managed 3 reps with an added 10kgs + 2 reps with an added 15kgs. I NEVER thought I would be able to get this strong. 💪🏽I was happy with just body weight chin ups and pull ups.
Who says you can’t get strong whilst dieting?
I have been slightly worried that cutting down calories may reduce my strength but when you are doing the right program with consistency and nutrition you will start gaining more lean muscle and decreasing body fat it almost makes it impossible to not get stronger whilst getting leaner.
Also believing that you can! Because you SO can! It starts with mindset from the get go. Sometimes we are crippled by fear. I truly believe by believing you can you will.

Confession. I’ve had pizza almost everyday for the last 2 weeks. Granted I’ve made it from scratch and it’s been topped with lots of veggies, I need to get off this kick.
Decided today during yoga when I held the best handstand I’ve ever held that I needed to reset and fuel my body right.
My body has gotten so strong yet I’ve been taking that for granted and I’ve been over indulging and it’s slowly making me feel tired and fluffy. So here we are eating a late lunch and man it was a great choice!
