You are NOT alone! We’ve all been there and I’m here to tell you that it is OKAY. It’s never too late to start again.
Learn to forgive yourself, take a deep breath, and implement these tips below to help you get back on your sh*t!
🌸Just start - there is only one “right” time to start, and that time is now.
️🌸Set a goal - setting a specific and measurable goal will help you create a plan of action and visualize what you need to overcome. Write it down and refer to it when you need to refocus and gain some motivation.⠀
🌸Get rid of the guilt - guilt is such a negative emotion & holding your own past against you achieves nothing. Learn from your mistakes and be better this time!
🌸Avoid excuses - spend some time self-reflecting (I recommend journaling). Recognize what caused you to fall off track and make sure it doesn’t happen again!
Remember that this is a journey. Take it one day at a time - you’ve got this! 💜
