🌱🍦Anyone want a Slice of my Almond-Cashew & Thyme raw Icecream-Cake with a roasted Pecan & Date-Caramel Crust and topped with a salted Almond-Flake Floretine-Caramel layer🍦🌱 [and more thyme because thyme goes so well with this dessert and makes it even more irresistible, trust me and try it hehe]? Anyone?🙈 Oh myyy let me tell you, this melts in your mouth and makes you fall into dessert heaven right away! Also, it’s completely refined sugar free, dairy free, gluten free but irresistibly yummy and made with natural ingredients only! :)
I made this cake for last week’s Garnier Bio event, where the new organic & vegan skincare range was launched. Their new products come with scents like Thyme, Lavender or Lemongrass for example; and that’s exactly why I made a dessert at the event with one of these flavors- Thyme. Well, I made 2 actually, another one with Lavender that I will share soon.
