WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE? 🤔
ON THE LEFT.
I binged on takeaways, thought I wanted to be ‘flat’ everywhere and would avoid the gym like the plague. My idea of being healthy was a Tesco meal deal or a salad. I also wasn’t happy with the picture on the left, I still wanted to be leaner. On the left I was uneducated on both nutrition and training (I had relied on doing somersaults all my life to stay in shape). I would also have many days off work because quite frankly I felt like shit, I was sluggish, would have headaches very often and basically would always be something wrong with me. Despite making an effort to go to classes I was also very lazy from a daily activity point of view.
ON THE RIGHT 💁🏼♀️
I feel like ME. I’m not trying to be anyone else, I’m not trying to grow an arse and I feel healthier and stronger than I’ve ever been. I no longer lack confidence (I still have my moments but who doesn’t), I’ve found a new love for food that doesn’t involve binging on shit. I’ve explored new foods that are good for me AND taste fucking delish (yes there is such thing as both) and I’m not educated in the gym where I’m no longer afraid/bored by it. So much so, I’m now educating others 😍 I’m not perfect, this didn’t happen overnight and despite this I still have battles with anxiety more often than you know...BUT, I am strong, healthy and proud of who I am. For me, the mental strength and difference in my health is what matters the most but feeling good in my skin is definitely a BONUS 👍🏻
