Lasagne with Syn free garlic bread & speedy salad 🥗🥖🥫 (Serves 4) 3 syns per portion. Or 2 syns and part HEXA.
▪️500g Lean 5% Mince Beef
🍎Tomato Sauce 🍅
▪️1 Red Pepper, 1 Yellow Pepper, 1 Red onion & 10 mushrooms. Fry until cooked and add a tin of chopped tomato with a dash of water & 1 tbsp tomato purée. ▪️Take off heat and set aside to cool. When cooled blitz until all veg is smooth.
▪️Add mince to hot pan and fry until brown. Add in the tomato sauce with 1 red wine stock pot & 1 vegetable stock pot.
▪️Add mixed herbs, chilli powder,chilli flakes, salt & pepper.
▪️Reduce heat and simmer on low for 30mins.
In a small saucepan melt low fat spread and slowly add the flour until like a paste then add the milk and keep stirring until smooth on a med heat.

▪️25g Low Fat Spread (3 syns)
▪️250mls Skim Milk (4 syns or Part HEXA)
Layer lasagne sheets in a baking dish then a layer of mince and lasagne sheet..keep repeating until mince is gone then top with white sauce and sprinkle with 120g of mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese. (HEXA per portion)
Pop into the oven on 200oc for 30-40 mins until fully cooked. 🥖 Garlic Bread: HEXB 🥖
