Do you know what annoys me? Back squatting and the bar just balancing on the back🤦Do you really want your bodyweight or whatever you squat rolling around near your neck?
Tension is your friend....pull the damn bar down onto you, make a nice bed for the bar on your traps (the squishy muscle, look at my picture if unsure), upper body rigid. Elbows down, scapula(shoulder blades)retracted. 💥You are in a much safer position ➡️This doesn't take into account some people's mobility issues ....some people need to work on other things before they attempt to correct their form.
