A ton of y’all asked me for a chest workout, so here is my chest/triceps from this morning! (For some reason my first post got deleted😅) I know there is a ton of controversy on whether or not women should train chest, and I 100% think we should! It is important to have a well- balanced physique, and it helps to lift the girls 😏 •

Warm up 5min CrossTrainer

1st exercise Shoulder press 4 by 8-12

2nd exercise sitting dbell front raises 4 by 8-12

3rd exercise lateral raises behind the back 4 by 15

4th exercise reverse flys 4 by 8-15

5th exercise triceps extensions 4 by 10-12 
6th exercise triceps pushdowns 4 by 8-15 
You need to use as heavy weights as possible with correct form . I got to the point that I was using 18kg for front raises and for shoulder press whole stack , triceps whole stack also plus I added 20kg on top of that . Keep your rest time no longer then 1 minute . 
I finished my training off with 20min stair master 🔥

Here are some skull crushers that I did last week! These are actually also pretty hard for me with my elbow history but I still try to do them because they are really good for developing your tricep. They allow you to hit a couple of the heads of the tricep and also work some of the shoulder if you go all the way down. I’m still down and out with being sick but am working hard to get better!

A couple more tricep exercises today.  These are great finisher exercises to do at the end of your lift.  For both exercises bring your arms up to a little past 90 degrees but not much more in order to keep your tricep contracted the whole time.  As you come down make sure to fully extend and really squeeze the tricep. Push your hands away from each other on the way down for both but especially for the second exercise.  The main focus for the first is pushing down while the main focus of the second is pushing apart👍

Bu hareketin iki varyasyon hareketi vardır ilk kısımda bahsettiğim gibi ön tarafa yani göğüse çekilen kısım vardır. 
Diğer kısmı ise resimdeki görüntülenen yani enseye çekiştir. Enseye çekiş ise diğer kısım yani deltoid ve trapez kısımlarını çalıştırır 2. Varyasyon kısmında bu şekilde sırtımız çok iyi çalıştıran bir harekettir.
