Treat Idea: Chocolate Protein Bliss Balls by 📸 @nm_meiyee via @vegan_scout #vegan_scout 💛 Recipe:
makes 12 (Each ball contains 3.5g of protein)
Ingredients
1/2 cup LSA from (ground linseed, sunflower seed and almond mix)
3 tbsp almond butter from
15 dates, soaked
1/4 cup chocolate pump protein
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla bean extract

Instructions
Soak dates for at least 2 hours and drain well. Place soaked dates in a food processor with all other ingredients and process until you have a crumbly texture (If it’s too dry, add more dates or more syrup) Form mixture into 12 balls and roll in cocoa powder to coat. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!

- once done move to a meal prep box
- side with protein bread and some salad
Enjoy! 😋👍 I needed that session to wake me up to push me through today's work 😬 but I grinded it out and finished a lot of tasks 🤪 worked a bit longer just to make sure I finished it! The rest is for tomorrow, so the evening will just be prepping for tomorrow, a grocery haul and chilling 😄

I was way too pumped this Sunday for the #GOTfinale to focus on meal prep or anything else so #FitKitchen came in clutch with the save.

We have here 4 lunches, 4 dinners, and 4 snacks all 100% cooked & prepped by Fit Kitchen. All I had to do was measure out the portions.

This is an example of what a BULK order looks like. I ordered 1 lb of everything (mixed veggies, italian chicken, honey salmon, & brown rice).

Ingredients
1 vegan spelt dough ∅ 12 inch (store-bought)⠀
1/2 cup pecans chopped⠀
2 tbsp almond butter⠀
2 tbsp maple sirup⠀
1 tsp cinnamon ⠀
3 apples (redlove) sliced 0.1inch⠀
1 tbsp coconut oil melted⠀
1-2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar⠀
⠀
How to make:⠀
Place dough on a baking paper covered tray and pierce dough with a fork (keep 2.3 inch rim)⠀
Preheat the oven 220°C/428°F⠀
Place pecans on the dough, drizzle with almond butter, maple sirup and dust with cinnamon ⠀
Apply apples in with overlay in rounds, about 3 layers⠀
Fold dough on the sides and press carefully⠀
Brush coconut oil on the pastry dough and dust with the sugar⠀
Bake for 30 min or until slightly browned. Enjoy!

1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp oil (neutral tasting)
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Whipped Cream:
1 15oz can full fat coconut cream, chilled (the firm part only)
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Strawberry Jelly:
500g strawberries, halved
300ml natural berry juice
1 Tbsp plant-based thickener (carrageenan or agar agar powder)
—•—Method—•—
1. Combine the dry cake ingredients in a large bowl and the wet ingredients in another small bowl. Pour the wet into the dry ingredients and combine with a spatula.
2. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread evenly. Place into the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, then remove from the oven and let cool down.
3. Take your coconut cream out of the fridge and scoop the firm part into a medium-sized bowl. Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract and use a hand mixer to whisk everything together until fluffy, then place back into the fridge.
4. Once the cake has cooled down completely, spread the whipped cream in an even layer on top and place into the fridge. Wash, de-stem and halve your strawberries and arrange them on top of the cream, pressing down slightly.
5. Place all jelly ingredients into a small saucepan or pot and whisk together. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 1 minute, then take off the heat. Let the jelly mixture cool down a bit, whisking constantly so it doesn’t firm up.  Pour it over the strawberries in an even layer and immediately place back in the fridge to firm up!

İftar saati yaklaşırken, kurubaklagil ile lifi zengin ve yağ içeriği çok da masum olmayan lakin bu sayede özellikle  ramazan aylarında artan kabızlığın önüne geçmeye yardımcı olarak bağırsak sağlığınıza katkıda bulunan bu güzel yöresel lezzetimiz  humusu sofralarınıza konuk edin derim. 
Yapımı çok da zor değil, buzlukta haşlanmış nohutunuza dolaptaki tahininize ve bir de robota bakar(hızlı hazırlık için). Tahini, 1 su bardağı haşlanmış nohut için 2 yemek kaşığı kullanabilirsiniz. 
Tatlandırmak için tabi bir miktar limon,sarımsak, kimyon ve karabiber. Üzerine de biraz zeytinyağı ve kekik gezdiriyorsunuz bu kadar.
