The reason I started doing sport:
Sport has always played a big role in my whole life. Two of my earliest childhood memories are: playing super Mario 64 on my Nintendo 64 and  doing sport. All kind of sports. From playing football, to practicing karate (don鈥檛 get a wrong idea, I suck at karate馃槄), to finally start doing fitness馃挭馃徎 My love and passion for fitness started 10 years ago. Almost the same time I switched to a whole plant based diet. And to this day I can honestly say: I love every minute of this lifestyle. It literately changed my life. It changed my attitude, my way of seeing thing, the way I think, it changed everything in the best way possible. Not to mention this lifestyle has given me my health back. I own this lifestyle everything. This is how I know that I will do strength training, and eat the way I eat forever.

Heute gab es ein 鈥濫xperiment鈥 auf das ich w盲hrend der Vorbereitung eigentlich schon die Lust verloren habe 馃槀馃 Da ich w盲hrend der laufenden Di盲t kalorisch vorplane, habe ich quasi 鈥瀊lind鈥 gesch盲tzt, dass aus 50g Sojaflocken eine s盲ttigende Portionsgr枚脽e entsteht 馃槀馃 Ja. Als ich die 50g abgewogen im Fingerhut hatte dachte ich: okay, ich mach dann doch lieber Pancakes a la @83lene 馃槀

Viele Kalorien f眉r wenig Volumen investieren ist w盲hrend einer Di盲t nunmal nicht sinnvoll (f眉r gegenteilige Eigenschaften liebe ich alle Rezepte von @83lene )馃く Aber: ich hab mich lustlos durch die Vorbereitung gequ盲lt weil ich wissen wollte wie ger枚stete und gemahlene und erhitzte Sojaflocken als Brei schmecken 馃 Und es war SO LECKER 馃コ鉂わ笍 Nussig und mit viel pflanzlichem Eiwei脽 und tats盲chlich s盲ttigender als gedacht (mag auch am 馃ウ Kopf mit Butter liegen den es vorsichtshalber dazu gab. Aber extra Mikros sind ohnehin empfehlenswert!) . 鉁 50g Sojaflocken in der Pfanne r枚sten und dann fein mahlen, 5-10g Flohsamenschalen, 5g Kakaopulver und 10g Chunky oder RoyalFlavour dazu geben und mit 200ml Lieblingsmilch verr眉hren. In der Mikro oder im Topf erhitzen und mit 5g zuckerfreien Schokodrops und #fooxfrooze servieren! Cremig nussig schokoladig! .

22g Eiwei脽, 9g Carbs, 15g Fett und 280kal - so gesehen eine faire Kalorienzahl gemessen an der Menge. We鈥檙e a quarter of the way into 2019, and if you鈥檙e anything like me, you started the year off with a list of big goals. RECIPE by @amelietahiti 
makes 2-3 serves
鈻光柟 Tempeh Marinade
a mix of tamari, maple syrup, olive oil (about 2tbsp), and fresh cut up lemongrass. 鈻光柟 Vanilla Tempeh
200g marinated organic tempeh
300ml soy cream (avoided coconut on purpose as we didn鈥檛 want the taste to interfere) 
1 fresh vanilla bean - tahitian best if you can!!

METHOD:
1. make sure to remove the first few layers of your lemon grass as they are really hard and not so pleasant to chew on! 
2. mix marinade ingredients in a tupperware, cut up the tempeh into cubes, add it to marinade and mix that up and let it set in the fridge for 1-2 hours (longer, the better!)
3. In a pan, start by saut茅 tempeh (without excess marinade) until it鈥檚 well browned. Then add soy cream and vanilla and cook for another few minutes (this will give all the fragrance to vanilla ! )
4. Serve with rice & greens and a little lemon squeeze on top! 
5. Veganism is that simple.

Someone messaged me what I take for work to eat when I鈥檓 on 12hr shifts, generally it鈥檚 something salad-y 馃 with protein added in like houmous, sausages, tofu etc then I take heaps of snacks, crisps, fruits, yogurts, bars, chocolate...anything I can find basically 馃槀馃憣馃徎 I like having a choice when I鈥檓 ate work depending what mood I鈥檓 in 鈽猴笍 here is last weeks鈥 work snacks along with many other random bits I threw in my bag last week 馃し馃徏鈥嶁檧锔忦煒 So enjoyed this @chicpfood houmous, it鈥檚 got such a lovely kick of flavour & so sad I鈥檓 all out now 鈽癸笍馃尡鉂わ笍 -

Heute gab's bei mir zum Fr眉hst眉ck ne riesige Fruitbowl, mein K枚rper hat nach Vitaminen geschrien 馃崒馃崕馃崌
Daher bekommt ihr meinen Mohncheesebohnencake mit Zwetschgenf眉llung 馃構

Dazu braucht ihr
160g (Kidney)bohnen 
100g Sojajoghurt
25g Blaumohn 馃尮
30g Dinkelvollkornmehl
1 TL Backpulver 
1 TL Flohsamenschalen

100g Zwetschgenr枚ster
1/2 TL Agar Agar .
Mohn mahlen, falls ihr nicht schon gemahlenen habt.
Bohnen mit Joghurt mixen und mit den restlichen Zutaten f眉r den Teig verr眉hren.
In eine Form f眉llen und bei 160掳C ca. 50 Minuten backen.
Ausk眉hlen lassen und in der Mitte durchschneiden.
