I try to stay at least 90% whole plants, with little pockets of peanut butter, @beefreehonee (or jam), great chocolate, breakfast cereal, or ice cream as my more "processed treats" along the way. I find that with very small amounts of those special things, it makes those moments even more delicious.

Do you love french fries? I DO 🙋‍♀️ I have ALWAYS had a french fry addiction. I used to stop and get a large fry from McDonald's ALL THE TIME. I know, I know...🍟 I now know how terrible fries are from fast food restaurants and even regular restaurants! ::
Almost every single restaurant uses vegetable oil in the deep fryer. Not only is this oil hydrogenated but it is also RANCID and as soon as it is heated up it immediately turns toxic 🤮 This is what clogs arteries! Scary stuff!

Now that I know these facts, I choose to make my own fries at home! I peel either potatoes or sweet potatoes and slice them fairly thin. I coat them in avocado oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Cook for about 20ish minutes at 400°. SO GOOD! This way I can have them anytime I'm craving them and I'm saving my heart!

I added some to my breakfast with eggs, avocado, sauerkraut and sauteed veggies with sunflower seeds.
