10 mile run ✔
The 10 mile run felt a lot easier than expected! This is the longest I have ever run without stopping and it felt like I could have kept going!
On that note, balancing BJJ, marathon training, and power lifting hasn't been all that bad.
BJJ is as fun as ever with learning the unlimited positions to get out of, attack from, how to effectively move/shift weight, leverage mechanics, etc.
Marathon training is going well. The long distance isn't all that bad and my body is responding well. It's more mental than anything else - knowing I have to run for 2 - 4 hours a few times a week just for training.
My powerlifting numbers are also slowly rising as well from a few weeks ago. I'm making progress on my 5×5s!
Put in the time and the results will come!
