This doesn’t mean you have to always push for “progress”
Sometimes it’s perfectly fine to dial back and focus on maintaining for a while.😎
Just know that if you treat your nutrition and exercise as a short term solution...
Then the results you get will only ever be that...SHORT term. 🥺
This is also why so many people struggle to get motivated when it comes to exercise... 😅
They never truly give it a chance long enough to build the momentum they need to see meaningful results.
Results that inspire you and excite you to keep going. 🤩
Last weekends session I managed to Romanian Deadlift 130kg for 4 sets of 5 reps.
I have my sights on building up to 160kg and with it will come hamstring and glute (butt) growth...
And to me more importantly that feeling that I’m getting stronger and more athletic...
But it may take me 6 months + to achieve this...
There’s no 6-8 week fix for this...it takes as long as it takes.
The sooner we realise and accept that it takes work...
The sooner we can settle in and start to learn to enjoy the process of learning, growing and getting the results we really want. 😉💪🏼
