Day 2 of AWOHL is with the workout Legs. Yikes! I struggled bad with this workout where I had to pause and repeat so I would get the form down and even used no weights at times so I could get it down. I still feel weak at times but I’ll get to my goals. One workout at a time! I also did Day 3 of AWOHL is with the workout Core. This is another workout that seemed easy at first but was nothing but easy. I would like to keep going strong with these workouts and focus on my form. Power will catch up over time. My biggest competition is myself.

Day 22 of Round 3 with 80 Day Obsessed with the workout Booty. This workout is underrated. I think a lot of men would back off from this workout but it’s a huge mistake if you do. I enjoyed the challenge and did increase my bands weights on this one for note resistance.

Day 2, Week 8, Round 2 of LIIFT4 of Shred It Week with the workout Legs - 50/50. Awesome workout!!! I struggled in the first round with this workout but not today. I felt great throughout the moves. I can tell that I’m getting stronger every single day.

lifts weights... instantly feels like a badass. trying to figure out how to stick to a plan, be a good mom, work too many hours and keep it together=HARD! so we’re over here taking it one day at a time, trying to simplify shhhh so it’s easy to follow and not care that the house looks like a tornado tore through after I cleaned for 3 hrs two days ago 🤷🏼‍♀️ real life yo! and most of it is so so sweet. the other stuff is why they make filters 🤣
also lady’s if you’re afraid lifting will make you bulky it literally WILL NOT! doing less cardio and more weights and I’ve seen WAAAAY faster changes in the ol bod. ✌🏽 come do it with me.

So the reason why this wall is so special to me is that this wall is now one of my new work backdrops...
.
I have been in and around sport & fitness from a very young age. I first walked into the gym as a 15yr old. Gotta say, I loved it! loved getting stronger, loved seeing how my body changed & I completely loved the 'high' I got after an aerobic class or weight session🥳
.
For me, exercise is an anti-depressant if I'm feeling down. It can totally refocus & reset my mindset & I guess because I've been in the game so long, it doesn't matter if a gym isn't available, or I don't have equipment, I have tools to make exercise a non excuse
.
I may not always be super lean- currently I'm not, but exercise for me is not just about how you look, it's how you feel too
.
Over the years I have met so many women & men who just want to get fit & feel good but seem to always have an excuse for why they don't work out
.
Clients & friends often use the 'I don't have time to train, I'm travelling for work a lot. I don't have a gym membership/home gym. I'm on vacation excuse. So, I call them on it & give them the tools so the above excuses can no longer be used
.
I regularly provide written full body circuit training workouts 4 clients, where they can do the workout anytime/anywhere with no equipment but as I have now entered the digital world (fully aware, how ancient I sound) I'm now providing weekly filmed📽 circuits direct to their inbox (& I'll post on IG). So I'm pretty excited about this plain cream wall that's going to be the backdrop of my videos 😊
