Jetzt zeigt sich wofür trainiert wurde. Das Gefühl danach, nachdem man an die eigenen Grenzen gegangen ist: unbeschreiblich.

Voll fokusiert geht es dann wieder zurück ins Training. Besser werden, in kleinen Schritten. Auch wenn man mal pausieren muss, immer wieder anfangen, dran bleiben und nicht aufgeben, denn die Anstrengung wird belohnt werden. Bist du stärker, als deine stärkste Ausrede?

Tragically, today biodiversity is disappearing at 1,000 times the normal rate due to human civilization. Individual species are being obliterated by habitat loss and degradation, invasive species, the spread of pollution and disease, climate change and the over exploitation of resources. And because the human population, which has doubled since 1970, is expected to reach 9 billion by 2050, the biodiversity crisis will only get worse as more people consume more resources.

What can we as individuals do to help slow the loss of biodiversity?  Since consumption of resources is a root cause of biodiversity loss, we can consume less and be more mindful about what we consume. We need to leverage our purchasing power to help protect biodiversity by consuming products that do not harm the environment. Ecolabels enable consumers to determine which products are green, safe, and environmentally sustainable.

ŠTA ZA DORUČAK ❓ + NASTAVAK NA POST O (NE)GUBITKU TEŽINE ⬇️ Šta vi obično doručkujete? Da li su to one čudesne musli pahuljice, keksići i slične "zdrave" stvari koje nam nameću gdje god da se okrenemo?
.
Ako to jedete ujutro, a želite dovesti svoje tijelo u red, onda odmah prestanite sa konzumacijom istih! Te stvarčice su preukusne, slatke, a sumnjam da ste ikada okrenuli na poleđinu ambalaže kako bi pročitali sastav. PUNE SU ŠEĆERA!! A šećer jer neprijatelj dobrog izgleda.

Moj prijedlog je da doručkujete proteine + masti + salatu. Proteini i masti će se duže razgrađivati u organizmu, pa će vas i duže držati sitim. Također, ukoliko je ishrana bogata proteinima neće vam se javljati želja za slatkišima.
.
Naravno da ćete nekada jesti i ugljikohidrate (i sama ih jedem), ali trebate znati da oni daju "brzu energiju". Dakle, najbolje ih je konzumirati prije treninga i poslije treninga uz proteine kada je potrebno da vratite izgubljenu energiju i nahranite mišiće. Trebate znati da previše UH dovodi do ogromne želje za slatkišima, a da li to zaista želite raditi svom tijelu?

NASTAVAK NA POST O (NE)GUBITKU TEŽINE ⬇️
Ukoliko nakon 2 sedmice ne primijetite razliku u cm, nešto radite pogrešno! 
Tada je vrijeme da promijenite nešto:
➡️ smanjite unos hrane,
➡️ promijenite količinu unesenih nutrijenata (možda trenutno konzumirate previše UH, a odgovaralo bi vam više proteina),
➡️ ne unosite dovoljno vode,
➡️ pojačajte trening,
➡️ uvedite promjene u trening (više vježbi sa težinama, sa težinama samog tijela, a manje kardia).
Za svaku promjenu dajte si 2 sedmice jer je to idealan period da počnete uočavati promjene, iako su male. Ukoliko nema napretka mijenjajte dalje, sve dok ne saznate šta najviše odgovara vašem tijelu.

Min sidste løbetur blev løbet på min fødselsdag den 22. marts. Dvs for næsten  3 mdr siden. og den 27. marts blev jeg opereret i højre skulder.
Siden da har jeg formået at få en del km ind på kontoen alligevel. De er tikket ind på lange gåture og så har jeg kastet min kærlighed på yoga for at finde mere ro, blive mere smidig og få strukket min krop godt ud.
Om tre måneder håber jeg at kunne starte op på løb igen, men intet er sikkert pt.
Min ryg driller og påvirker mit venstre ben, og i denne uge fik jeg svar på en scanning som desværre viste flere problemstillinger der skal behandles og afhjælpes før jeg kan kaste mig ud i “løbekunstens belastning af kroppen”.
I den komme uge får jeg vished omkring mit behandlingsforløb og udsigten til en dag at blive smertefri (forhåbentlig), samt hvornår jeg kan forvente at kunne løbe igen.
Jeg her altid været super stædig og til tider gjort nogle lidt hovedløse ting og indimellem har jeg lyst til at trodse smerter og søge et øjebliks lykke og smutte ud på en løbetur. Men jeg ved at det vil være det dummeste at gøre og formentlig vil sætte mig længere tilbage i forhold til at kunne vende retur til løb, så jeg gør det ikke.
Jeg vil- og skal løbe igen og så må nøgleordet være tålmodighed og standhaftighed.
Heldigvis elsker jeg virkelig at jeg er begyndt på yoga og tror på at yoga gør noget godt for både min fysik og min sjæl.

Dos três guerreiros, o mais difícil pra mim. É uma postura de força, equilíbrio e - principalmente - foco e concentração.

Eu caio. Desequilibro. Não consigo. Fico irritada. Tento de novo. E é sobre isso que fala a yoga. Persistência, permanência. A yoga não é sobre acertar a postura, é sobre conquistar a postura. .
Eu penso no dia, na agenda. Nas coisas que eu preciso fazer. Nas pessoas com quem eu tenho que falar. Nos emails pra responder. Fico ansiosa. Olho o relógio. Quero pegar o celular. E no meio de tudo isso, lembro que eu tenho que respirar. Que tenho que focar na prática e só na prática: isso pra mim é yoga. O resto é pose.

I’m an all or nothing person. Yoga at 6am every day for ever? That sounds like a totally realistic goal Ruth. Fast forward to day 3, cosy bed…snooze button! Finally wake up at 7, berate myself for the whole day & yoga mat becomes dust trap to hang clothes on. Sound familiar?
You are not alone. Less than 10% of us who set goals around food, sleep, meditation etc, have managed to make it a regular habit after 6 months. We can be so hard on ourselves, getting stuck in a cycle of blame and ‘falIing off the wagon’. Are there any ways that we can approach making a change so that its more successful?
IMPORTANCE. How important is it to you? Finding that elusive motivation is key. Yup we all want to be ‘healthier’ but if you can verbalise WHY you want to make the change and HOW you will feel, it becomes more powerful.
CONFIDENCE. Do you have faith you can do it? Be honest with yourself. If the answer is no, maybe that goal is too big. Can you start with something simpler that you think you can achieve.
REALISTIC. Yoga every day? Bound to fail. Yoga once a week? Boom to baby steps & building confidence that you can do it.
SOCIAL SUPPORT. We’re more likely to succeed with support. Be that a group activity, a walk with a friend or someone who’s cheering you on.
BARRIERS. Oh I’m good at these. My trainers are too old. I’m too tired. Notice and challenge them. ‘I am tired today but last time I went for a walk I slept better’.
THOUGHTS. Our brain is wonderful and terrible. Listen to those unhelpful thoughts. ‘I should be meditating’, ‘I can’t do this’. Our thoughts affect our behaviour. Can you look at the situation differently after a few deep breaths?
SET BACKS. See these as learning opportunities, not failure. What happened? Why? What can I do differently so the outcome is different this time?
ACTION PLAN. Writing goals down is a great way to be accountable and honest with yourself. See the photo for one way to write your own.
