Those in my inner-circle know about my journey over the course of the last year and what exactly I’ve grown through. What I’ve learned is that if we want the “breakthrough,” we have to act in spite of what we may see in the present. For the last 365 days, I’ve been transforming my mind, body and soul. This time last year, my brain was in a fog, I was 50 pounds heavier and my Soul had no direction. One morning, I decided to meditate for ten minutes (something I hadn’t done in over a year)… by the end of that meditation I had come to the realization that I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I was ready to commit to reinventing my life. I called my best friend @aerielmiranda and by the end of the conversion, we both signed up for a monthly membership at a Bikram Yoga studio in North Hollywood. We started doing Bikram three times per week. In-between yoga classes, we would visit #RadiusChurchLA, goal coach each other create future possibilities. Soon thereafter, I signed up for @beatbike and started spinning everyday of the week with @sorryitsariane. I realized that I needed more yoga, so I signed up for a black tag membership at #CorepowerYoga and started taking @willpoweryoga’s hot power fusion and @kaylafryz’s sculpt class multiple times per week. I relaunched my digital magazine @theelixirbyroyel and starting planning events with @iamcandyceheather and @nataliebackmanyoga. I started shooting with my photographer @sarahberrasomething again. I started writing the self-help book I’ve always wanted to write (and yes, I will be talking more about that soon). A year later, I’ve been completely transformed. Sometimes, just one moment of silence, a deep breath, or a moment of gratitude can shift our vibration and move things into our space that align with our desires. Lachen, Stille und Weinen -- Ein ekstatischer Mensch lebt alle Gegensätze... „Hotei, ein Zenmeister, kam eines Tages durch ein Dorf. Er war einer der schönsten Menschen, die jemals auf der Erde gewesen sind. Er war bei den Leuten als der „lachende Buddha“ bekannt, denn er lachte immer und überall.

Manchmal jedoch saß er einfach unter einem Baum. So auch in diesem Dorf. Er saß ohne zu lachen, mit geschlossenen Augen, unter einem Baum. Er hatte nicht einmal ein kleines Lächeln auf dem Gesicht und war völlig ruhig und gesammelt.

Jemand fragte ihn:
„Hotei, du lachst ja gar nicht?“ Er öffnete seine Augen und sagte:
„Ich bereite mich darauf vor.“ Der Fragende verstand ihn nicht.
Er sagte: „Was meinst du damit, du bereitest dich vor?“ Hotei antwortete:
„Ich muss mich aufs Lachen vorbereiten. Ich muss mich vorher ausruhen und nach innen gehen. Ich muss vorher die ganze Welt vergessen, damit ich wieder erfrischt lachen kann.“ Gegensätze erschaffen innere Harmonie

Wenn du wirklich lachen möchtest, musst du das Weinen lernen. Wenn du nicht weinen kannst und keine Tränen fließen, dann wird dir lachen auch nicht möglich sein. Ein Mensch, der lachen kann, ist auch ein Mensch mit Tränen – dann ist er im Gleichgewicht.

Ein Mensch, der voller Glückseligkeit ist, ist auch ein Mensch mit Stille. Ein ekstatischer Mensch ist gleichzeitig auch ein zentrierter Mensch. Beides gehört zusammen. La osteopatía es una disciplina holística manual. Concibe al cuerpo como un todo, por lo tanto el trastorno de un sistema puede afectar el funcionamiento de otros.  Se basa en que el cuerpo tiene la capacidad de autoregularse y de volver siempre al estado de equilibrio siempre y cuando no exista algún bloqueo que se lo impida.

La palabra osteopatía viene del griego: osteo (tejido) + empatía.

Osteopatía significa el “diálogo con los tejidos”. El osteópata con sus manos detecta los diferentes bloqueos o restricciones en la movilidad de cualquier estructura del cuerpo (huesos, articulaciones, líquidos, vísceras, músculos, nervios), y ayuda a restablecer su normal funcionamiento.

La osteopatía ayuda tanto a curar como a prevenir trastornos y enfermedades, buscando la causa,  en lugar de suprimir los síntomas.  Las causas  pueden ser desde traumatismos por caídas o golpes, hasta causas internas a nivel físico, mental o emocional.

Algunos casos en que la osteopatía resulta de utilidad:

Se basa en que el cuerpo tiene la capacidad de autoregularse y de volver siempre al estado de equilibrio siempre y cuando no exista algún bloqueo que se lo impida.

La palabra osteopatía viene del griego: osteo (tejido) + empatía.

Osteopatía significa el “diálogo con los tejidos”. El osteópata con sus manos detecta los diferentes bloqueos o restricciones en la movilidad de cualquier estructura del cuerpo (huesos, articulaciones, líquidos, vísceras, músculos, nervios), y ayuda a restablecer su normal funcionamiento.

La osteopatía ayuda tanto a curar como a prevenir trastornos y enfermedades, buscando la causa, en lugar de suprimir los síntomas. Las causas pueden ser desde traumatismos por caídas o golpes, hasta causas internas a nivel físico, mental o emocional.

Algunos casos en que la osteopatía resulta de utilidad:

Problemas de columna (escoliosis, hernias, rectificaciones, etc)
Dolores musculares
Dolores de cabeza, mareos, nauseas
Vértigo
Ciática
Bruxismo
Problemas digestivos (inflamación, estreñimiento, acidez)

Trastornos menstruales
Infertilidad

Suffering is omnipresent these days. Wars are fought for personal gain and out of ignorance and fear. Condemnation and Guilt, Hate and Sorrow, Envy and Anger, Illness and Obesity. With almost no exception, where ever you look, you will find suffering in some form or another. 
Most people experience these as negative and would intrinsically like to get rid/let go of or avoid these. Contrary to that, Ignorance, Denial and Distraction regarding such usually prevail, thereby occlouding the possibility of self-realization and evolvement and leading to being stuck in the comfort-zone. Only when we understand and accept our thoughts and feelings can we strive to change them consciously. Suffering is experienced by the majority as exclusively negative and unfortunate, as pulling one down and depressing. In the context of such a mindset, it is really hard to change and motivate oneself, at least unless suffering is so grave and unbearable that one dedicates all of his efforts to the resolution of it, no matter what.

Contrary to that, by perceiving suffering as the indicator of that which was till present ignored and unconscious, one may use it as springboard for personal development and the realisation of so long procrastinated and denied wishes, dreams, visions, etc. Therby one reliefs the suffering, one accepts and moves on and soon to be the world will shine in another light. It is harder to accept and forgive something then to ignore and distract oneself, at least for the Ego.

Et je suis curieuse de savoir quelle résonance ont ces mots au fond de votre cœur lorsque vous les lisez?

Je vous avoue qu’ils ont une signification toute particulière pour moi, car malgré le fait que je ne sois certainement pas la fille parfaite, l’amie parfaite ou encore même la partenaire idéale... tant que j’agis avec les plus belles intentions, et tant que je m’efforcerai de me perfectionner et de devenir la meilleure version de moi-même, alors oui ; je serai heureuse et fière de moi! 🙏🏽

Ce que je trouve merveilleux lorsque l’on est « un travail en cours » c’est que nous avons TOUJOURS la possibilité de devenir quelque chose ou quelqu’un de meilleur que nous ne le sommes déjà. Cela nous permet d’être à l’aise avec les éventuelles erreurs que nous avons commises et de nous accepter pour ce que nous sommes réellement.

Sachez que la vie est une expérience d’apprentissage continue. Elle est malléable. Elle nous lance constamment de nouveaux défis à relever. Nous avons la chance et le pouvoir de nous métamorphoser constamment.
Alors essayons de prendre chaque opportunité que la vie nous offre avec sérieux mais également légèreté afin de créer, évoluer, échouer, grandir, recommencer.
