Dos vídeos para ejercitar flexibilidad de hombros.
En el primero,con piernas separadas y pegando tronco lo máximo posible al cuerpo...tiro de los brazos por encima de la cabeza hacia el suelo con ayuda de Hugo q los baja del todo.
Yo sola no llego al suelo aún...
En el segundo vídeo,los brazos se colocan igual pero el cuerpo no...Es una headstandvariation,cabeza al suelo,cuerpo en la vertical y sobre las puntas de los pies.
Me falta una gotita para tocar el suelo...lo difícil es tirar de brazos porq te desequilibras y además se te levantan los pies.

I just want to tell you all a little bit about myself and my story about the sports I'm doing... 💞 For the #roxy10kgiveaway

My name is Antonia Greenway I am 16 years old and half German 🇩🇪 half British. 🇬🇧 I visit the 10th grade of a "gymnasium". At school I love languages, sports, music and biology. I am in 3 music groups singing: I sing in a school choir, I am the singer of a band me and some friends founded ( @good_to_bee_official) and I participate in a group of musicial theater 🎭 I just love singing and also love to record my music. Talking about music, I also love to do street music 🎤🎧
Now talking about sports. I do Taekwondo a martial arts since I am 5 years old and I did 12 years of Yiu Yitsu but have quit now due to the lack of time 😕 I also love jogging and doing muscle exercises with weights and so on 😜💪
But what I want to talk about is the sport you normally see here on Instagram. I don't actually know what sport it would be. The best fitting word is contortion. But I also do elements from yoga, gymnastics and dance. I started this 2 years ago and taught it all to myself. ❤️ You might think I am natural flexible, no I am not! 2 years ago I was unable to do a cartwheel and was trying to get one in panic, as it was subject in sports lesson at school. I was afraid to do a handstand and my brother helped me every day to get better. I really wanted to get that cartwheel and after some time I noticed it was so much fun! So I trained every day to get better... Trained my splits and did handstands everywhere I could. Many people laughed at me doing contortion everywhere but I kept on doing it, and keep on doing it until today. But it changed about one year ago, I started feeling pain in my back. My doctor told me I had a curved spine and it might get much worse. A skolioses. I was so afraid that he would stop me to the sport I love. But luckily he didn't. It is far harder for me to get the flexibility a "healthy" person could reach. My spine will let me need to do 3x more exercises then a normal spine to get flexible. But still I cary on and fight for what I love, and that is what we a

La práctica de posturas invertidas trae muchos beneficios para la salud.
Ayudan a estimular los principales sistemas del cuerpo humano (circulatorio, respiratorio, nervioso y glandular) y le proporciona descanso al corazón. Fortalecen los pulmones y remueven congestiones y catarro.

Ayudan a encontrar regularidad en la digestión, falicitando una nutrición adecuada para el cuerpo y para eliminar toxinas dañinas. 
Para las mujeres, el equilibrio hormonal es asistido por la práctica de las inversiones. Durante el embarazo, se pueden practicar si ya son parte de la práctica de uno. También son útiles en casos de prolapso del útero y desórdenes menstruales.

No se recomienda practicar inversiones si estás menstruando, si tenes presión alta, lesiones en el cuello, infección en los oídos o si sufris de desprendimiento de retina.

When I was younger, I used to be overly critical of my body. 
I would flick through magazines and think “Why can I not look like this?”
I became self-conscious and felt that I had to look a certain way to ‘fit in’.
I know that I have been slimmer in the past, but was I happier then? No I wasn’t, I felt more anxious to  maintain it. 
Recently, I have begun to accept and love my body. I’ve learnt to look after myself not for appearance reasons but to be healthy mentally and physically. 
I realised that my journey should not be done for anyone else, but just for me. .
