CHICKEN STIR FRY!

This stir fry can be amended with any meats and veges you like! I’ll just include what I have featured in the above picture 😊
🥢What veges do you love to include in your stir fry?
🍴Begin by prepping your veges: Roughly chop 1 bunch of Chinese broccoli ,cut 1 carrot and cut 1/2 a head of broccoli.
🍴Place 500g of diced chicken in a wok on high heat. While cooking add a little drizzle of sesame oil and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce. Cook until chicken begins to brown. Then add your vegetables to the wok.
🍴Add another small drizzle of sesame oil and some soy sauce. Stir through. Squeeze some honey into the wok and combine.
🍴Don’t cook for too long as you want your veges nice and crunchy! Just before you turn off the heat, sprinkle in some sesame seeds.
🍴Serve with a side of jasmine or brown rice and you have yourself a quick and easy, healthy dinner on the table in no time 👌
