Training for the pump! This isn’t gonna get you anywhere but look bigger for a couple of minutes. Yes the pump is important, it’s a clear indication that nutrients are being brought to the muscles but progressive overload will always trump chasing a quick pump in the gym 💪🏾

Training a muscle once a week! There’s so many studies that have been done that suggest training a muscle twice a week is optimal for muscle growth. I don’t know about you but I’d hate having to wait a whole week to train a muscle again 😴

No Goal! How can you possibly progress somewhere if you have no clue WHERE You want to go. Have a clear goal off what you want to look like, what muscles you want bigger etc and the journey will be that much fruitful, you’ll avoid burnout aswell.
